How to request a return
For customers with an account:
Log in to your customer account and access your orders. Select the relevant order and click on "Request a return" to initiate your request in just a few clicks.
Don't have an account yet?
No problem! You can create your account using the email address you used to place your order. Your previous orders will be automatically linked to your account, making it easy to manage your returns.
Would you prefer not to create an account?
Contact us directly by email at contact@tanjentes.fr, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

Once your request has been validated :
1. After your return request has been validated, you will receive a return label and shipping instructions by email.
2. You return your package to us
⚠️ Attention: Without prior request, we will not be able to process your return.

Return conditions
We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns of used products or products with removed tags.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We advise you to keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
